Prices for villa per week in € Euro for up to 10 guests
- Air conditioning / climate control included
- Payment by electronic bank (Alpha bank, Piraeus bank)
- Other dates and longer lets negotiable on request (discounts on bookings >30 days)
- A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking
- All guests should fill in our contract to secure booking.

All our prices contained in this price list are for the rental per week and according to season. Included in this rent are:

Transfer to villa from the airport

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
A 400€ inventory deposit will also be added to all bookings. We ask you to leave the property in the condition you found it on your arrival and report any damages or breakages caused during your stay. The property will be checked on departure. The inventory deposit will be refunded approx 1-2 weeks after your return.
EXTRA BABY FURNITURE: Baby furniture can be provided upon request, at no cost.
The owners reserve the right to visit their property at any time, in order to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning and gardening.
Only those persons named on the booking form “Guests” shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation and under no circumstance may the maximum number of persons stated in the villa description be exceeded, without prior permission from Villa Nefeli owners.
